When we started Buy Floors Direct, it was our desire from the beginning to be the dominant flooring company in our market. In order to do this, we knew it would be critical to hire the right ad agency. One we could put our trust in to communicate our story to the market place. Once we cut all ties with insurance company direct referral programs we were wondering if we could stay in business. Needless to say it was very slow!! I am pleased to say since Jeff & EMG has taken over our marketing we have surpassed our old record in the amount of repairs that our shop has had at any given time in our 45-year history of Gunder’s Collision! Every bay in our shop is full and each bay has one job waiting! Our body & repair shop is completely circled with work. We have more Progressive work on premise now than at any time when we had a DRP relationship with them!
