I, like so many, have relied on the insurer to send us a large portion of our business. I then saw the results Ray Gunder (Gunder’s Collision) had allowing Jeff Roberts of Eagleville Marketing educate his market and tell the insurer steering story. While skeptical at first I figured lets give it a try. I was at the end of my rope with the insurer’s DRP programs anyway.
